How many smartphones are waterproof? The
TwoNav Aventura is rainproof so will survive a British Summer
soaking in the rain. Aventura is protected from dust, sand and
the shock resistant technology will survive outdoor bumps and
scrapes.
The TwoNav boasts touch
screen but in the cold and the rain this is not always practical. The 8 button
and joystick hardware navigation add to the interface and make operating the
Aventura with gloves and in the cold simple!
Yet another benefit of
TwoNav over smartphone is battery life. The rechargeable
battery will last you approximately 20 hours of usage and there is the capacity
for adding AA piles to go even further when away from a charging
point.
The transflective display makes viewing the
TwoNav Aventura in direct sunlight possible. This can be a real
nightmare in bright conditions normally but thankfully TwoNav
have thought this through.

TwoNav
Aventura comes preloaded with TomTom Teleatlas maps of the UK and
Ireland for comprehensive turn by turn, voice led navigation.
Mapping
TwoNav offer the latest
Ordnance Survey sourced maps at 1:50,000 and 1:25,000 scale available for
download through the TwoNav website.
You are also able to purchase maps for Spain,
France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Scandinavia, Europe, Africa, North America,
South America and Australia.
