Terms and Conditions
| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside Britain, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. For your security we use Worldpay to ensure safe secure transactions.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, JCB, & Solo. |
| Shipping And Handling Postage is added at cost according to the destination and type of delivery requested. (This is often cheaper than getting in your car and going to find the item at your nearest stockist). |
| Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We aim to send your order to you within 3 business days on items from stock for first class delivery in the UK. For items not currently held in stock we will endeavour to get the item ASAP if there is any extended delay we will inform you.
International orders are generally dispatched via airmail for speedy delivery, other delivery options including signed for are available, costings upon request. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
Cancellations You may cancel your order at any point prior to dispatch of your order by contacting us by either email or telephone, once orders have been sent for dispatch they can no longer be cancelled, please then refer to our returns policy.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero |
