Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside Britain, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. For your security we use Paypal to ensure safe secure transactions.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, JCB, & Solo.

Shipping And Handling

Postage is added at cost according to the destination and type of delivery requested.

We aim to send your order to you within 3 business days, most orders are dispatched from stock for using Royal Mail first class or overnight carrier for deliveries within the UK, orders placed before 2pm will usually ship the same business day. Orders placed over the weekend will usually ship on Monday. For orders dispatching on a Friday with next day selected the delivery day would usually be Monday. Overseas orders are dispatched using airmail or freight for speedy delivery times.

For items not currently held in stock we will endeavour to get the item ASAP if there is any extended delay we will inform you.

International orders are generally dispatched via airmail for speedy delivery, other delivery options including signed for are available, costings upon request.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any point prior to dispatch of your order by contacting us by either email or telephone, once orders have been sent for dispatch they can no longer be cancelled, please then refer to our returns policy.

Returns

Faulty goods will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Any item which is not suitable may be returned within 14  days of delivery for a refund on condition that it has not been used or altered in any way and is in its original packaging with tags attached. We will exchange or refund the cost of the item(s) where appropriate. All goods must be in a new and unused condition. If you wish to do so you should contact us by telephone or e-mail within 14 days of receipt and arrange return at your own expense.

When returning goods please enclose your name, address, telephone number and if possible, date of purchase and order number and reason for returning the item. eg wrong size, etc.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK  VAT is included at 20% where applicable. All other orders are VAT free.
