40g/m2 Aerius™ synthetic insulation is used through the front of the Intra Vest. This uses a combination of high-resilience hollow fibre and fine-denier fibre to create a high volume, low weight, and luxuriously soft fill. We tested a huge number of comparable synthetic fills, and this was the one that best combined all of the performance characteristics that we look for in a layer like this.

An Octayarn Warp-knit back panel is used for even greater moisture transfer and faster drying after long approaches with a pack.

2 hand pockets and a chest pocket keep essentials close at hand whether the Intra Vest is worn as an outer layer or under a shell, and it packs away into an internal stuff pocket for ease of carrying.
